Everything about this hotel is magic from the warm welcome at the beautiful entrance, the rooms, the restaurants (both Thai & European), the grounds & the pool. The hotel style, rooms, and service were all hyped up ahead of our visit by friends/other reviews. Everything was even better than anticipated. The service is on another level and the personal butler help is wonderful! Breakfast is great and the rooms are very peaceful/comfortable.
