Our family booked 4 rooms and checked out 2 rooms on Feb 17, 2024. On checkout, I talked to one of the two female staff at the reception counter. She got impatient and raised her voice to me. I found this very rude. Please, no matter where the hotel guests are from, they should be treated with respect.

We love to stay in the Nammin area when visiting Chiang Mai. The staff at Victoria Nimman Hotel was very friendly and that was our first impression. The rooms were a little dated but that can be overlooked by us. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue especially in the bathroom. The bedding was fine. My only issue was how hard the beds were. The breakfast was ok but not spectacular.

This was a nice relaxing place to stay over the weekend. Rooms were nothing special but clean and functional. The breakfast in the morning was great but if you want any sweets, get down there before 8am. The location of the hotel is very nice. Great area to walk around. Many places to eat and shop.

An average hotel on Nimmanhemin Road. I got a room with partial mountain view. The room was big enough with nice furniture. What needs to go is the red carpet which ruined the room decor. The bathtub was too high, making in and out off it difficult and possibly accident-prone. Mildew around the edge of the bathtub and the bottom part of the shower curtain looked disgusting. Overall, I'm not sure whether I'll stay at this hotel again.

This hotel has nice clean rooms and a very comfortable big bed. There are toiletries and a kettle as well as two free water bottles. The things I don't like which will refrain me from returning are: Room smells of cigarette No tea or coffee Wifi has a password code which needs to be entered every time Not many English speaking tv channels

Nothing spectacular about this hotel, it was ok, small rooms, but clean, breakfast ok, fresh. overall an ok experience. for the area, it is probably the most modern, parking was available and secure, hotel was secure, friendly bar and restaurant in front, not much happening on this part of Soi Nimman, probably as good as . you'll find anywhere near here.
