Stayed each winter time for three years, it was cheap and cheerful. During my last stay it was bought by a new owner/company no problems and life continued as usual. However on the day of my departure back to the UK I went to settle my bill and collect my deposit only to find 1000 Baht had been deducted 500...

Since there is new staff I ask if the internet is good and they told me yes. Well it sucks on one half a day and off for 2 or three days. I do work on my laptop so they said just come to the first floor I did and it works fine there but I don't want to set...

While some may find it a bit out of the way, D-Town Inn is one of the better hotels that tourists and visitors will find in Chiang Mai. It is also in one of the quietest parts of town. Located in the northeastern part of the city, it is conveniently located near the Arcade bus station and the Chiang Mai...

I stayed there recently for 2 months(dec&jan 2013-14)...very cheap basic accomodation(4,500 baht per month!) +elec and water...(varies,depending on how much u like to use air con) cost me another 500 baht per month....The rooms are quite large,with aircon and cable tv.Wi-fi also,but erratic service,but its freei.The coffee shop downstairs has better wi-fi. There is a swimming pool,and I had it...

“Take a swimsuit if you are going to Chiang Mai during the spring and early summer, as there is a swimming pool on the third floor. The pool also has a kiddie section set off from the adult-sized swimming area.”
