The pool area is good and the breakfast was pleasant. Good area close to night markets and restaurants. Staff are friendly and very helpful. However the rooms are in need of new carpets, furniture and towels !! (See pics)

Me and my wife stayed in the hotel for two nights while visiting Chiang Mai. The hotel has seen better times, but still remains a dissent hotel with good staff. Breakfast which was in our case included in price was excellent. Hotel stays on good location. Wifi in our room was ok.

This hotel is big and tired. The breakfast buffet? Not so much but there is a GREAT place just across the street, Siam. THAT was a wonderful restaurant. This hotel is full of people, large groups of people. But they can handle them. There are always lots of people in the lobby. The location is the best part. Close to...

I stayed in this hotel during 14-18 March 2017 with my family. We booked 4 rooms for our 4 nights stay. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and am pleased by its amenities and our rooms, despite earlier reviews mentioning that this hotel's decor looks very dated. Our beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect during...

My room had a little mold, but I'm not bothered by it. Two on my tour had incredible mold in their room and after trying 3 rooms got moved to the 15th floor and a tolerable room. The Princess stays here so sometimes one elevator is reserved for her. Dinner was excellent, indoor or outdoor eating. Tuktuks at the gate...

Stayed here in a large group of university students. Great experience. Very clean rooms. we had a room with a great view. Very large property, with a good sized pool. Really good breakfast, too. Both Thai and American options, best of both worlds! Also, this is right around the corner from the night market, so it's a great location!
