Hotel is located a 10 minute drive from the airport and is walking distance to the Old City and it's attractions. We stayed in rooms 21113, and 21105 (both rooms are on the eleventh floor, facing the front of the hotel). Both rooms are almost identical, but 21105 had a king bed, 21113 had two single beds. Both rooms (and...

Dated rooms. Horrible coffee. Cold food. Inconvenient to everything but a huge shopping mall (great supermarket attached) Wonderful massage and pool. Really the highlight of my stay was the hot oil message for 500 bhat/hour Very helpful and friendly staff Expected more for the money. I am so sorry to say that I would not return. Wanted to like it.

Not so convenient after due consideration if you are a big fan of the old town. This is the kind of hotel you can find anywhere else in the world. Doesn't reflect the Lanna style and the Chiang Mai atmosphere.Good place for a seminar with your company if You have to walk 5 mn to catch a tuk tuk on...

Cons: -Mice running around at night woke us up. Found their droppings everywhere in the...

Old 4* hotel attached to a great shopping mall, great for quick eats and shopping of all sorts. Also surrounded by good bars and restaurants so never ate in hotel.. Pool is large but so is hotel. Service was OK but not exceptional, if you can get this hotel for a good price I would stay there.

The hotel is out dated and needs upgrading. The room that I had was of a good size but the interior decorations are old Thai style. Cleanliness was good for all floors, public areas and restaurants. Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was mediocre. Very little for foreigners because their client base are Chinese. They have a kettle for hot water in the...

We were attracted by the Ancient look of this hotel at first. The room is quite large, though you can see some furniture are really old. We found spider web in lift lobby too. We just forget these and have a happy swimming time at 7/F Pool. There is no jacuzzi nor towels provided, but the pool is really large...

Stayed on business for 3 nights on 11th floor. Pros: 1) Has shopping mall next door. 2) Cleaners are polite. 3) Room is spacious. Cons: 1) Hopeless room internet. Net signal from telephone was very weak too (I used True and DTAC). 2) Limited repeating breakfast. 3) Too many loud tourists. They loved to speak so loud in elevator (esp...

My partner and I stayed for 5 days. The Hotel is quite dated and in need of Some renovations. It has a calendar on display from 1980. The staff hardly ever smile. They drag their feet when walking around the restaurant at breakfast. There is mold in the shower and the towels aren't clean. It is situated in a good...
