We recently stayed for 3 nights here and after a rocky start were overall happy with our stay the location was great and breakfast was good, for the price. However first impressions last and I probably would not stay here again. On checking in we arrived early (check in is at 2pm) we arrived around 9am due to our flight,...

I'm not the first on TripAdvisor to complain about them trying to fob off a Kingsize bed booking with a Twin bed room. I'm glad I read this first or it would have been an unpleasant experience. The staff are OBVIOUSLY told to do this is a matter of Hotel policy - presumably so that they can bump up sales...

The location can't be faulted - just around the corner from the Night Bazaar. Fantastic! This is a very impressive Hotel and typically Thai - the lobby is amazingly spacious and the ambience is great with very helpful staff. The rooms are good although I wouldn't necessarily agree that it is a 4-stay Hotel, but you will be comfortable. It...

Great location, walking distance to night markets, atms, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. Could do with some renovations as seems old and stale ~ could definitely smell that they offer smoking rooms, esp with all the carpeted hallways! The deluxe rooms are the answer. Didn’t get to use swimming pool, but it’s on offer as is a spa and...

Each year we visit Chiang Mai we stay here. Quiet, clean rooms, very nice breakfast, very pleasant and helpful staff, close to the markets, and reasonably priced. Across the street is one of our favorite restaurants - they serve sticky rice/mangoes when in season - wonderful! And their normal menu is more than adequate to fill not only your belly...

I came by Bus from Chiang Rai which took about 4 hours. It is a large Hotel away from the street in a " Garden " more or less with trees around the hotel. If you are on the upper floors you can have a view of the city. Has a nice large entrance hall and a Swimming Pool in...
