It is a 10-15 minute walk from old town which we knew before booking and the location worked well for us. A day in Chiang Mai coffee is just outside so that's a treat. The staff here really made the place that much better! Very friendly and always happy. The pool was great and clean. The AC in the rooms...

Not sure why this place gets such good reviews...it was easily the poorest quality Thai hotel we've stayed in for the same kind of money. They have a terrible, terrible mosquito problem here. We spent over an hour trying to swat the 30+ mosquitos in our room - and they don't even provide mosquito nets, just electric bats for you...

The room was great! Everything was clean and the staff where extremely friendly and helpful. I don't think you could ask for a nicer place for the price. AC worked wonders, shower pressure was amazing, and the pool is small but great and well maintained.

Nothing drastically wrong with this place to be honest. The staff are great, the swimming pool is so cool with trees surrounding it on all sides, the pond walkway is also awesome! The rooms are very basic, and the beds are horrible, rock hard. We booked one night with the intention of extending, but due to my partner having back...

Good pool, clean rooms, nice staff. What more can you want? One of the best value for money we had in Chiang Mai. Very close to touristic attractions, lot of restaurants, massages nearby. Even a Muay Thai ring in close proximity.

The room is quite large and has a lot of space. The cleaning service is perfect! They also provide a nice pool but with to less sunbeds. The room has a very uncomfortable light and to hard mattress. The bathroom is good and pretty new but to hot. We had more than 15 mosquito every day and a very cold air...

We stayed here for 3 nights, and I've got to say that I loved it. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff friendly, the pool clean... The greenery has grown a bit since these photos were taken but it only adds to how lovely it was. Adorable little entrance way with fish and turtles! Positives * good...

Stayed here for five nights in February, after a couple of little issues regarding WiFi not working and not being able to get the safe to unlock we were sorted. We were given a ground floor room next to the housekeeping room; could be quite noisy on a morning as you'd hear them from 6am some days. That really is...

This place was pretty good. It is a little way out of town but that's actually quite nice to walk around and figure out where you are. It's in a safe area so walking even at night is ok. The rooms are clean but the bed is extremely solid (like you get a sore shoulder if you lie on your...

We were travelling on a budget and so these rooms were well priced for us. We were pleasantly surprised when we showed up as the room was very spacious and was kept very clean. The air con was great and there was a safe in the room which was important to us. There was also a bug zapper provided in...

“The corner rooms are bigger.”

“Ground floor rooms will be close to the pool - more privacy on the first floor. The large VIP type room has a nice balcony overlooking the pool, and a big separate bedroom and living room.”

“The slightly more expensive rooms offer a little more floor space and a small 2 seater sofa, if you don't really mind about this then stick to the cheapest room option as there isn't much difference apart from this.”
