We arrived to Chiang Mai with not much hopes about our hotel. I have been in Chiang Mai few times already but never had a proper good hotel. Until now. At home at Chiang Mai is one of the best place I have been in. Great room, clean and cozy. Amazing staff. Perfect location. They have one key for your...

For what you pay at this place you get quite a lot. The rooms and bathrooms are simple and clean and come with a fridge (side note mini bar was well stocked and very good prices) but not a safe. The location of this place is excellent, right on the edge of the old town and is within walking distance...

I loved this place and I loved the location. It is not a luxury hotel but if you want inside the old town, it is perfect. You can find everything nearby cafes, bars and places to eat. Also it is near the temples. The room was large compared to other rooms in Thailand, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom isn't...

Location : It is very convenient at the fringe of the old moat. Room : We probably had the smallest room (Room 1). Wanted the bigger room but unavailable for the 2 nights we were there. Staff : Friendly and helpful!

Initially we booked 3 nights here in a standard twin but liked it so much we booked a further 2 nights in the superior double. This is a well run guesthouse situated just inside the old city. The beds are REALLY comfortable which was a real plus. The shower was strong and warm (you don't want a really hot shower...

We had the standard double room and were very happy with it. Both the room and the bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. The location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi is fast and reliable. There is a large fridge in the room with a minibar. Water is provided free of charge every day. There is...

I booked here at the last minute when all my "normal" Chiang Mai hotels were full on a busy weekend. I was a little apprehensive at first due to the "budget: pricing, half what I normally pay. I am very happy I went ahead. This is a very friendly small hotel. The room we had was small, but meticulously clean...

We booked the superior double room for the first night and thereafter the standard double room. The superior double room was alot bigger and is worth paying the extra. The hotel is around the corner from Ratmakka Road which has alot of really great places to eat healthy vegetarian food. Everything was clean and we had no issues during our...

First I have to say that I was staying in another place wich was quite bad and decided to try this guesthouse. It was the most clean low budged accommodation from all that I've stayed in Thailand. See this picture of the glass and complamentary water (there were two). It's a good example of how organised this place is. It...

Great location if you're looking to explore the old town and the night market. The owner was very helpful and sweet. We were warned about noise from a nearby bar as soon as we booked and again when we arrived, but never heard a thing at night. We stayed in room 5 and felt the price we paid for the...
