My partner and I stayed here for one night after a trip to Pai. The accomodation was just what we wanted - a clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioning and a fridge should you so need it. Very close to the night market - I think a 2 minute stroll! Perfect if you want somewhere chilled and a good night's...

I booked my reservation at nonni guest house a day before my arrival after reading multiple positive reviews. As I arrived at nonni guest house, I met the owner Allan, who told me that they had no reservation on file for me. Having booked my trip via Chase Ultimate Rewards, I attempted to call them to figure out what had...

Great little guest house. Run by the ever present Allan and his gorgeous dog Chenom. Located centrally but off the main road so fairly quiet. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and more than you need when you are just sleeping there. Rooms are nice and clean. Nice bar next door that serves food It's very quiet - no...

Hot water, clean and spacious room, fan, ac, good wifi signal, Mini fridge, soap, balcony, helpful staff. No breakfast. Laundry 30baht a kilo down the street (south) and motorbike rental north on the same street. Next to South Gate entrance to old city. Definitely doable to walk to old city depending on your willingness to do so. I would stay...

Lovely stay here, about 10 minutes walk to the local street food vendors in the evening, some lovely Thai restaurant cafes close by open in the morning to, about 15 minutes to the night market and 20 minutes walk to the night Bazaar both worth a look. Allan the owner, is lovely, helps with advice when he can. Got a...

We stayed for two nights and it was a nice room. Unfortunately we had a small bug problem. The owner seemed surprised but armed us with spray. From other reviews it didn't seem that this was an issue but we didn't feel the need to stay longer. We were also on the third floor where the wifi wasn't always strong...

After a few issues with booking.com we visited Nonni's Guesthouse to resolve the issues and Allan the owner was so helpful and helped us sort it all out. We then stayed for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. We also booked our trip to Doi Inthanon with Allan which was excellent Great little hotel

We were ment to stay for 1 night but ended up staying for 4. We are a group of 3 and were originally in 2 rooms for the first night. The staff were really accommodating in letting us all stay in the twin room for the remaining nights for no extra charge so saved us a bit of money. Ladies...

We stayed in this guesthouse for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were basic but clean and we had our own private bathroom. The guesthouse was nicely situated close to the night markets. The owner of the guesthouse was lovely and very helpful. A member of staff also booked all our tours for us. Breakfast was not...

Although this guest house doesn't have the most amazing rooms or decor, with a very basic approach, the service is outstanding. Allan couldn't be more accommodating, providing all information on things to do in Chiang Mai, places to eat, which was especially helpful as my boyfriend has an allergy to cashew nuts. He also booked us for our cooking class...
