Stayed here for 6 nights, room was lovely, really clean and good facilities, bed was really comfy but only 1 pillow each given which wasn't enough. Given bottles of water every day which was great. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. Location on the edge of old town and not much nearby but small walk to...

Nice quick check in by friendly and efficient staff. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good firm bed. The breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel is in a good position to explore the city on foot.

The Roseate Hotel is in an excellent location right inside the square in Chiang Mai. The rooms were pretty simple, a little dated, but it wasn't too much of a bother, especially for the price. So don't expect too much of a grand room, the pictures made them look a bit nicer than they were. However, I would stay there...

Wasn't a bad stay. The rooms on the extended part of the hotel (you take a ramp to get there) weren't like the ones pictured but they weren't terrible. Spacious rooms, clean, basic breakfast. Staff barely spoke English but still provided good service. Location is great within the old city. A 20tbh, 10 min ride to the night baazar market....

This hotel is good if you need a value for money hotel in the Old City in Chiang Mai with good access to the airport which only is about twenty minutes away. However, this is a very generic place with a mediocre breakfast, and receptionists with limited English. I wouldn't necessarily stay here again, but if you want to see...

I came back here again during the Songkran Water Festival and had a whale of a time, the staff at Roseate are so warm & welcoming, they all remembered me from my stay in 2015. Nothing has changed here, the rooms still look brand new, everything works including the Wifi, the rooms have everything I need, fridge, min-bar, safe deposit...

I'm on two minds about this hotel. On the one hand, the hotel was well located in the city and the staff were super friendly and helpful. But on the other hand, the facilities were a little run down. Our air conditioner unit sounded like a truck, so we couldn't run it at night which made sleeping very uncomfortable in...

I've been in this hotel since May 2014. It's my first time to Chiang Mai. Hotel is located in Chiang Mai Old Town near Chang Phuek Gate, so you can easily find foods during night time till late at night. Room itself is just OK not really clean. No soundproof, you can hear anyone talking when they pass your room....

The location of the Roseate is good, the front is on a main road. 30 second walk to 7/11, coffee shop next door and several eateries all around. It is about a 15 minute walk to the walking street and the Sunday market. Laundry is done at 50 baht per kg in hotel and includes ironing(though mine didn't look very...
