Good and clean. Conference rooms are good too. Don't expect the most modern hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. After realising a few of us were vegetarian, a separate vegetarian table was set up for each lunch and dinner. No complaints!

Stayed here for two nights and not impressed. Guessing this facility was built in the 60's and was probably a good place to stay back then. But now, it is very dated and very much in need of a renovation or rebuild. Bed was ok and ac worked ok. Shower had a lot of mold, old faucets that barely worked...

The hotel is in a good place and it has very good WiFi and good air conditioner in the room. But they must take care of the building and the rooms. This hotel is almost 10 years old and it is exactly the same all this years. The bed mattress, the fabrics, curtains, towels, furniture, rusty bathroom and the color on...

Stayed here for two weeks while in Chiang Mai and have no complaints! It's obviously not for those looking for a more backpacker-y vibe or a nice hotel, but it's clean and comfortable, the staff are extremely friendly, and the location is pretty great!

My subject line pretty much summarizes it. Don't be deceived by the condition of the lobby. The rooms have not been renovated in 30 years. TV broken, fridge as well. Bathroom full of mould, hairs from other people, etc. The rooms are smelly, dirty and absolutely neglected. The aircon is so loud that sleep is virtually impossible. Many options in...

Approximately 15 minutes by car. o Average 20-30THB (0.80-1.20SGD) per person to the city. x English level 2.5/5 i. I was there in a suite room of 601. The room had a queen sized bed for...

Me and my boyfriend were in Chiang Mai deciding our hotel and we picked YMCA because of the pictures and the great description. However there was NO POOL, the city is super hot so was quite frustrating when we got there and there was no pool. The room was ok, really simple, no luxury, air con and a frigobar.

My family and me were 5 nights in this hotel and we didn't like it. The hotel is from the 70's and the decoration looks that they didn't change it since then. The bathroom it was pretty dirty and the tub had duck tape to cover a crack in the tub.

This is a very dated hotel, though very clean. I was here for 2 nights for a work meeting, and ended up moving on my third night to a neighboring hotel for a change of scene. Whilst there was nothing 'bad' about this hotel, there certainly wasn't anything great about it. The interior hadn't changed in at least 20 years...
