Booked this as it looked great online and seemed a good deal for only $25 per night. The place is deserted and freaky, the rooms are huge and there's stains all over the walls and bathroom of killed mosquitos. Had the worst sleep here due to mosquitos even after asking reception to spray the room while we were out. Our...

I booked in the boutique end of hotel. It's old which is ok if it's clean! Shower was dirty with some kind of bugs cocooning in the corners. The ceiling above the bed had what looked like spitballs from napkins or I don't know what...tv is from 1985, brutal satellite channels. Breakfast was included and the effort is there, but...the...

The hotel is old, but quaint. Certainly some of the older rooms could do with a spruce up but they were clean and comfortable. There is only a shower over the bath .The breakfast was good with great variety . It is situated in the middle of the old city, within walking distance of numerous retaurants and the great Sunday...

breakfast is amazing, I like the bread and coffee there, and cheap prize, but the reception girl isn't helpful, and the hotel is a little old. after all, it still worth the prize, btw, the location is nice.

We stay this hotel because the pictures in booking looked nice, but don't let yourself fall in the same mistake. It didn't look at all as the pictures, the pool is very small and for most of the day is without sun over it. THE WORST OF ALL: THE RECEPTION ASKED US TO PAY IMMEDIATELY 500 FOR A TAXI WHEN...

Paid 2,700 baht for 3 nights, 2 people, with breakfast through booking.com, stayed in room 444. Check-in was efficient, had to pay for all 3 nights up-front. Generally, this is an older hotel located within the old inner city of Chiang Mai but at the opposite side from the night bazaar. Elevators worked, and had new controls. Breakfast was all...

We stayed there 6 nights and it was absulutely alright for its price. It is really well-located and as it rather old, everyone knows where it is.THey provide a free shuttle to Night Bazaar, which is not really a market, it's a sort of tourist attraction but offers good food options. The hotel is a bit shabby but one cannot...

My first impressions of this hotel was a true representation of my entire experience. The entrance is actually blocked off so you have to climb a steep side path to even enter the building. Don't be decided by Internet pictures, the restaurant looks lovely but inside is a very different story. I was unimpressed with the deteriorating room so payed...

This is really old hotel, the interior has aged, not so clean adding the impression that it has really been around for a long time. The toilet/bathroom as well need to change for the tub has chipped edge. Staffs are friendly though. The photos in their website is way different from what you'll gonna get.

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to. So bad that me and my boyfriend left with in the hour. There was a funny smell in the hotel and ripped up carpets and building work going on everywhere. The hotel has an eery feel and upon getting escorted to our room we noticed black and green mould stains...
