For this visit we wanted a longer stay so we made the booking for 6 nights. From the moment we stepped inside we knew it was the best decision This place has to be the best place to be pampered and feel totally indulged. The rooms are amazing, beds are fabulous and the staff could not be more helpful and...

This hotel was incredible. It was so peaceful and quaint and the greenery was beautiful. It was in a perfect location. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and were always checking to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We spent New Years with them and had...

So beautiful and elegant in every way. I have stayed in many wonderful hotels and this was my favorite. The rooms are comfortable and so well appointed you hate to turn out the lights. Great beds, linens and towels. A pool to spend a life by and a restaurant with the best breakfast and lunch I had anywhere in Thailand....

This was a quiet oasis in a bustling town but still well positioned to see everything Chiang Mai has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and our room and bathroom was spotless and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed excellent service from a very friendly and polite staff. The breakfast buffet is very good and they...

The Rachamankha is an oasis of rest (minus the dogs next door) within the Old Town of Chiang Mai. This hotel exudes restrained luxury and natural charm within traditional Thai setting. The spacious rooms are within court yards (with ample sitting room outside); with the pool and restaurant in separate enclosures. The breakfast is exquisite and the service polite albeit...

If you are looking to get away from the chaos in town, stay here. This elegantly decorated, architectural gem is a lovely retreat. The buffet breakfasts were excellent offering many choices. However, although our room was furnished beautifully, it smelled like mildew. Also, there is no one to offer any assistance in finding restaurants or other activities a vacationer may...

The first thing I'll say is that my wife loved this hotel. If you're into very fine details, such at delftware everywhere ( even mounted above the urinals), you will appreciate Rachamankha. The pool area is peaceful and beautiful. However, our experience didn't go that smoothly, starting with them failing to pick us up at the airport even though confirmed...

Simply stunning hotel - design, decoration and the gardens. All these coupled with the good service made our experience an exceptional one. Breakfast at the beautiful courtyard was a great start to each day. And dinner at the hotel restaurant was accompanied by live lanna music - soothing and relaxing. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes to...

Stayed in this beautiful hotel this week and had a perfect family vacation. A definite 'must stay' if you want a peaceful and quiet place to go back to after your afternoon shopping and activities. Love their no small kids policy. All the staff greeted you with a smile every single time. Although one of the restaurant's waiter is always...

Perfectly located in the center of the old moated city of Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand, Rachamankha is just one minute’s stroll to the old city’s most important and impressive temple, Wat Phra Singh; just 2 minutes stroll to the city’s newest and most exciting night market the Chiang Mai Sunday Walking Street Market, and a wide choice of bars and restaurants from local to international in style all within a few minutes’ walk of Rachamankha. Unique for a city hotel Rachamankha is renowned for its peaceful and very private atmosphere, and it’s incredible architecture. The hotel, just 22 rooms and 2 suites, is set in 2 acres of manicured grounds and the architecture pays homage to Chiang Mai’s golden age, the Lanna period, offering guests a unique stay in a unique property with a true sense of place.
