Basic room, quite compact, had small efficient fridge, kettle and daily bottled water in room, shower room very basic but fully functional, a/c unit in room good, bed firm with clean linen, no evidence of bugs/mosquitoes. Good music bar, good pool, excellent French bakery just down the road. Didn't try food at guest house. Room was on left on entering property on upper floor.

A good location, near to temples and transport. We booked 3 nights and had a room change due to lack of warm water for showering. The bathroom was quite dirty and in need of a good clean. Our upgraded room was also in need of a replacement bathroom. AC worked well. Pool good. Reception staff pleasant but spoke no English. Adjoining guest house is Red Jazz which is really good music bar. Overall, if you are using it as a transit place, it's acceptable. It needs a lot of interior work doing to the rooms.

I have traveled extensively in Thailand and stayed in many budget hotels. I have read many criticisms of this hotel, all of which predate the covid period and I have to say that the criticisms have been taken into consideration and improvements have been made. I had a problem and a couple of annoyances, everything was resolved in a short time and without conflicts. For the price / quality ratio I highly recommend this hotel and the same for the location. In some rooms the wi fi can be a problem but remember that with 250 thb you can buy a local sim card with a month of unlimited internet.

Basic but clean hotel a short walk to plenty of restaurants and cafes. Thapae gate and the night bazzar are both a 15 minute walk or so. The staff are lovely. I can’t fault the place other than that the hot water can be a little temperamental and the pool only gets sun on one half of it so if you want a sun lounger or place to lie down you have to get in pretty early as they fill up by around 10:30.

I loved the location, just outside the old town and walking distance to many temples. The staff, most of them, were great. Tutu the driver was so friendly and very informative. The front desk and waiters were very nice aside from one lady who I hope was just having a bad couple days. The only complaint I have and if you are picky on beds is that they are very hard. Aside from that I would stay here again.

An average accommodation in a pretty good location, a short walk to the Sunday night market and some landmarks of the city. A big plus of this place is the "Swimming Pool". Ther room and bathroom looks much older than the photos posted on the booking sites. The loud air-conditioned room comes in with a big fridge, not so comfortable bed, drinking water, antique telephone and TV. Is time to do a major upgrade for the room. Electricity trip in one of the night and no water supply for a few hours during the maintenance servicing the water tank. They provide safe box at the reception for a small price. The staff was nice n friendly and food serves in the restaurant is fine with a reasonable price. A place to stay for a day or two, if you are not a fussy person.

3 nights we stayed in this average hotel with clean rooms, nice swimming pool but the bed a bit to short for a tall Dutch guy. Also the breakfast was very basic and we had to pay for a little extra toast. The staff was friendly but also busy with their telephone. The ambiance was not really great. Not really recommendable.

Walking distance to most parts of downtown activities. The beds was a different story. Most squeaky beds I ever heard. Just looking at it made it squeak. The food was also great and the tourbooking as well. We rented a car and drove ourself to the sights/attractions nearby and in Chiang Rai.

Location is a short walk to the old city and the markets. The pool is a very nice addition and the rooms were clean and sort of old fashioned with wooden floors. The staff was very helpful arranging tours and breakfast on the patio by the pool was a great way to start the day. Second time I've stayed here and I will book it in the future.
