Clean rooms and regular service, geared toward tour groups, it has all the necessary facilities to describe a landmark 200 bed hotel. Very safe choice for travelers (family and elderly) who seek typical comfort like skyview restaurant, gym, swimming pool, conference facilities, airport transfers (100B, 15 mins). Rooms are large and neatly furnished but remains chilly despite temp adjustments. Minibar...

Lanna Palace 2004 hotel is located in the heart of Chiang Mai, and a few streets from the night market. It is a typical tourist hotel. While the rooms were generous in size, beds comfortable and room was clean, TV, fridge and complimentary bottles of water each day, there were several things missing from the room. Such as coffee maker,...

Really good deal. Friendly staff. A bit old decor but clean . lots of food shop around . 7/11 convenient store just 100 meter away . night bazaar within walking distance . a bit noisy from the main road but with this price , I could not have asked more .

Stayed at the ambitiously-named Lanna Palace (more of a place than a palace really) over Loy Kratong. At the time of booking all my preferred hotels were full, so I chose this one. Seeing it was an older tower block (used by many tour groups) my expectations were low, however it was better than expected overall. Didn't get a great...

Stayed at this hotel for three days this November 2013. Service staff were excellent. But once again the rooms were dated. Even though breakfast was not included in the stay, no one asked us for money. Distance of the hotel from the Night Bazar was about 10-15 minutes walk. The walk was quite entertaining past a few interesting bars... so...

I stayed there for 2nights. The worst things is lost my brand new glssses which i bought from bangkok. Manager could not solve the problem & said some of the customers, they lost their stuff as well. So,that's means he used to it. But he can't do nothing for me. & they don't have CCTV in the lounge area &...

Stayed for 3 nights (25 to 27 Jul 2013). The room (on 7th floor) is clean and spacious but rather basic and tired. There was no kettle for making a hot drink but we can request for hot water instead. The location is not exactly strategic, a walk to the night market takes about 10 to 15min or a 50bht...

I like this hotel because of the location is just only next door to night market and easy to walk. The price is reasonable if compare with the shopping area. The room is larger than standard size but I just found the problem with air-condition did not work and the staff try to ignore to help, finally when I did...

We were positively surprised by this hotel. We normally try to avoid the big hotels but during the new years holidays we did not have much choice. The hotel is in walking distance from the night market where you also will find a lot of restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet. Great value for what you pay.

“Corner rooms are the more spacious and let in more light due to an extra 8 ft window. Rooms which end in 23 or 24 (ie: 823 - 8th floor, 624 - 6th floor) are all corner rooms. The higher you go the better the view.”
