I'm going to make it simple. I was here for 9 days/8 nights in November on the Lokatron, and i stayded in the 4th floor. Location, good, since you can move araund the city in a songthau for 20 bath each, and you are not in the main turistc area, you are near the place where locals live and work...

Overall, I wasn't terribly impressed with this hotel. For the price, I think you may be able to find something more up to date, and cleaner and less congested. Maybe find something in the inner gate area of Chiang Mai. Pros: Location, free wifi (although it was spotty in the evening times and in the upper floor levels). Staff were...

They were very kind, even gave us a bouquet of flowers and a fruit basket (it is our honeymoon trip). Walking distance from the center of the city and all its attractions. The pool is fantastic to have a break from the heat between tours.

We stayed here twice during our visit of Chiang Mai. First 3 nights in room 401 then we went for a one night trekking and came back to stay another night at room 303. I like the location of the hotel. It's just a couple of minutes walk to Chiang Mai gate. So everything is near by. Laundry, ATM, hospital,...

this hotel is close to the weekend night market and very close to the Chiang Mai Gate of the old city. the room is OK, but I don't like that they put the out-door AC compressor on the ground of the terrace. which make it too small to stay. friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Staff was very friendly and helpful, in particular they have a tourist desk that helps you organize your activities and offers a vast amount of brochures. They have a pool, which i found quite relaxing before heading out for dinner (if you need to get something ironed quickly, just ask the laundry...

Location is good, just 2 min walking from Chiang Mai Gate and u are already in town centre. Every night is a big food street market around this gate, so quick and easy to get some food from there. Our booking was for 2 nights and we ended up staying 4, so last 2 nights we were relocated to another...

When we arrived at the hotel, the personal was very smiley and friendly with us, but unfortunately that was only the first impression... Lately, when we arrived at the room we discovered the smelly carpet, the old bathroom and furnitures and so on... When we went out of the room we realized how dirty were all the windows with an...

Stayed here for a few nights for my G Adventures tour. Staff were very helpful with some minor request. Rooms itself are not the newest but were nice and clean. Bathrooms are on the small side but this is really a very minor issue. Air conditioner worked a treat. The location is very close to all amenities (ATM, 7 eleven,...

I stayed here with a G-adventures tour, we were in Chaing Mai for 2 nights and i couldn't fault the hotel. I'm used to hostels anyway but it looked nice, off the main road down a side road, had plenty of little shops and bars down the same road but not rowdy. You could walk to the centre of town...
