If you want a chain hotel with every amentiy or a luxury room, this is not it. However, If you want something quaint and unique, this is an excellent place to stay. The buildings are beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site that served delicious food at great prices. The staff are so...

The rooms are quaint and lovely...very picturesque. Would recommend, though tiny pool and pillows a bit uncomfortable.

The room was small, but really nice with big comfortable bed, antique furniture, simple but nice breakfast. It is close to the main attractions, city center and night bazaar. In the same time, it is hidden from the street noise. It was really perfect for me. Some old people were staying at the hotel whole day enjoying relaxing atmosphere. I...

Having visited Thailand several times in previous years, my boyfriend and i were eager to see what the North had to offer. Chiang Mai did not disappoint, and Tri Yaan Na Ros was a lovely place to stay. It was relatively easy to find from the airport (we got a taxi for around 150baht), although we did have to call...

Stayed here for 6 nights on the recommendation of two of our daughters who have been here in the past. Our room was in the Villa part and we had a very large room with plenty of space for everything. It was a bit dark with all the period furniture and we had to buy a torch to unlock the...

Love these places in Chiang Mai. Great position, just outside Old City, and off an evening a 10 minute walk to street food stalls. Rooms small but the huge 4 poster beds take up a lot of room. The owner is especially charming, our safe in room wasn't working and she was so conerned about it, offering us another room...

“poolside rooms are convenient but doors must be kept closed at all times because the mozzies are around in swarms near the pool.”

“Be aware that the rooms in the rear part are painted red and therefore are a bit dark - this is a part of the authentic concept. The front rooms are around a nice courtyard with doors to the pool. I personally think the upstairs rooms are the nicest.”

“If picking a guest house in Chiang Mai, pick something within walking distance to night market or centre of town as Chiang Mai is very pedestrian friendly. If choosing a room at this hotel, opt for the double, pool facing rooms on the second floor (I think they might be the best ones)”
