Lovely, quiet family run guesthouse in Chiang Mai. A little bit off the center but still in near distance to reach it. Very friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and owner Aun. Smelly drains, sulky staff, lots of Americans. Beware, the bathrooms are tiny, featuring just a shower and loo. The wash basin is actually located outside the room through a door onto a little balcony. For some reason, we just didn't find the place that conducive to chatting & chilling with other guests either. Perhaps it's just us. Lovely website though....
