Great location - between the night bazar and Sunday market. Nice swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast buffet with a wide selection of foods (our teenagers were highly satisfied with the french toast, cornflakes, and pancakes). The prices of the travel agency in the lobby are rather high. You can find many cheaper travel... More

We stayed here for one night, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and a good size. We had rooms with an interconnecting door which was useful. The robe and slippers were a fun addition after trecking and sleeping in a hill top village :) The spa was very clean and offered guests a 15min massage for free -... More

Highly recommended hotel, good price, good location (not far from the night market) and the rooms are spacious. They are also quiet. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Some people are VERY picky if they could find fault with this hotel. Nothing was too much effort for the staff here. We travelled with a 7 and a 10 year old and had no hassles. This hotel is perfectly located one block from the night bazaar and over the road from the old city. The pool was great to... More

overall not a bad hotel but on my 2nd day my shampoo and Shaving Stick were taken from the bathroom (for reasons unknown!). I raised this with Reception who were zero help, then spoke to the so called Manager who just shrugged his shoulders... I am just glad it wasn't valuables that went missing as I would have no chance... More

Myself and a friend stayed here for 4 nights in June, we could not fault it one bit! Excellent base for seeing the sights of Chiang Mai. The staff were lovely and always greeted you with a smile, rooms nice and spacious and breakfast was plentiful and very nice. Would definately stay again!!

Raming Lodge was a nice hotel but there are certainly nicer for around the same price. Rooms are very bright in the morning and bathrooms are very dated (mainly the shower). There is not too much water pressure. Beds are very hard and breakfast is a little boring. If you are holidaying with children i definitely would not stay here... More

It's just 5 mins walk away from the Thapae Gate, which makes it very convenient to go to the Sunday market which starts from that gate. Saturday market near the Chiang Mai gate is also walkable - we walked there and took a tuk-tuk back, which costs around 50baht. The Night Bazaar is down the street. And I guess that's... More
