Stayed 3 nights. The room was average. Beds were comfortable. Shower was not very good. Went from boiling hot to cold. AC was poor. Even when I told reception about the AC not being cool, I don't think they did anything about it. The evening staff were friendly and helpful. The only positive was that it was in the old...

The 3 Sis was our favorite hotel in our explorations through Thailand. The staff were extremely friendly, facilities were clean, A/C was cold, and the location cannot be beat. It is literally across the street from one of the best temples in Chiang Mai and walking distance to anywhere in the old city. Highly recommend this hotel and staying in...

This hotel has a nice feel to it and it is in the heart of the Old Quarter. The room was comfortable. The reception staff were always helpful. However, I will not stay at this hotel again: Three Sis holds the memory as the worst breakfast we had on a four week trip to a few countries. Not only was...

I really enjoyed staying at The 3 Sis. The room was clean and quiet. What I mainly liked was how friendly and helpful the staff was. I had an early flight, the main desk personnel arranged a taxi the night before. The location is excellent, there are many shops all around and if you get to stay there on a Sunday,...

My wife and I just stayed at 3sis. It was a great experience all around. The stay was extremely attentive to every question we had about WHere to eat, what to do, what to see, etc. They had a great mastery of everything. More importantly, the hotel was exactly what we needed. It was perfectly located in old town to...

Great place to stay when traveling in Chiangmai. Very clean and modern for a bed and breakfast. The staff are so nice and help with anything you need. Very centrally located and Wats are just across the street. Sunday market takes place right in front of the hotel as well if you're visiting during that time, great for souvenir shopping....

I recently stayed here for one night while in Chiang Mai and would definitely return! Conveniently located in the Old City, the Sunday Walking Street was right outside the door and across the street from Wat Chedi Luang. I was given a delicious cold drink while checking in and a staff member brought me to my room, showing me how...

This little gem of a hotel was wonderful. The staff were incredible, helping us with everything we needed and offering wonderful recommendations. They set me up with a massage at a spa down the road and it was one of the best massages I have ever received. A few bugs did manage to get into our room but other than...

The 3 Sis is an adorable bed and breakfast in the heart of the old city of Chaing Mai. Upon check in, we were greeted with a delicious, refreshing beverage and shown to our cute little room. There is currently construction across the street from the hotel which was a bit concerning however it didn't start to early and ended...

Unbeatable location; it’s smack dab in the middle of the Old City on the street where the Sunday Market is held and across from Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara (between THB160 to THB 180 in a big taxi to/from the airport) but it’s still quiet at nighttime so you don’t need to worry about getting uninterrupted sleep. It’s a beautiful building...
