I enjoyed my stay in this nice hotel, and there are just a couple of things I think could be improved
- very friendly staff at reception, who spoke good English and were really helpful

A beautiful hotel with very pleasant staff. This hotel is opposite a very popular and busy and beautiful Wat. There are plenty of restaurants and street food around. Seven eleven next door is also very handy. We left our luggage here when we went to...More
I stayed in 3sis lodge for five nights. I felt very comfortable in this Hotel. The personell is very kind and supports the guest as much as possible.
The room was pretty large and perfectly clean. During your stay you get two bottles of drinking...More
We are staying here right now. The prices are more than what is available elsewhere within a two block radius and the price we are paying is more than other hotels that provide breakfast and we are not getting breakfast. There are many, many rules...More

I do not think that 3 Sis is that convenient for a family. We were on the three floor and the showers were simply not functioning well. They moved us to the second floor and those showers on the new floors, hot and cold were not consistent and it took so much time to get the right temperature. The breakfast
Is really poor, no exaggeration--not good for a family.
Wifi was also a huge problem.
If you read the negative reviews, you will get a better idea. I read them recently and things have not changed much over the years.
We found Uber helpful to take us from one place to another cause the weather was quite hot for our kids. With Uber where we stayed was not such a big deal, but good breakfast and good showers were important. In our travels, we found it most convenient to get data on one of our phones at the airport which came as a crucial part of our convenience.
Thailand was the last stop of 5 countries. It is more expensive here than we thought, not only hotels but food as well.
Best wishes on your travels. I would be happy to answer any question/s you may have.
Oh, hope you are here on a Sunday for the evening street market, otherwise we enjoyed our stay with our out of town trips.
On another note, if you cannot find a better place than 3 sis, and your child has their own food, and you go and buy breakfast food the day before and wifi is not a problem and you don't mind waiting 5 minutes before your shower gets to the right temperature, it can work for you for it has it own charm and the hotel has a lobby where your child can play a bit.
