This hotel is clean, has a great location and very helpful staff. You can to walk to most sites in the city. Breakfast is included and if you have an early excursion, they will offer a packed breakfast the night before.

Wow, loved this place. I've traveled a decent bit and stayed at various boutiques but this one really outdid itself. Not only is the location insane (right on top of the Sunday night street market) but the hotel staff's hospitality & helpfulness made this stay that much more enjoyable. It's a cute, cost-efficient and right near some of the great...

My wife and I stayed here on the second leg of our three-part Thailand adventure. This hotel is easily one of the best places to stay within the walls of Old Town Chiang Mai (aka where all the good stuff is). First, the hotel is picturesque and boutique style with a great staff, beautiful grounds, and nice/clean rooms. Honestly, the...

The hotel is situated in a good position in Chiang Mai old city, with the walking street market right outside the hotel on the weekends. I stayed in a twin room with my sibling. We both found the beds to be too firm for our liking (but all the beds we slept on in Thailand were firm!). The air conditioning...

We really enjoyed our 5 days at the 3 Sis. It is perfectly located in the middle of Old Town and easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. The service was exceptional and they were very good arranging taxis for us and letting us know how much we should be paying with the tuk tuks. You had your choice of...

The staff was very helpful in suggesting and booking transportation and activities for me. The rooms are very nice and modern, and the hotel is located within a couple blocks of at least 6 of the most beautiful temples, dining, and nightlife. It's, in my opinion, in the best possible location in Old Town.

We stayed there for 5 nights. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot organizing trip in and around Chiang Mai. It is located in the very center of old town. We would stay there again.

Great rooms (spacious and clean, but we were unable to lock our bathroom door), good looking lobby and the staff are polite and speaks somewhat good English (depends on who your talking to). It's close and located right in the heart of chiang mai. However during the evenings there are geckos and cockroaches in the lobby which isn't a pleasant...

We stayed for 8 nights in this well-located and very well-run bed and breakfast. The friendly staff helped us organise various activities and transport, while a choice of seven different breakfasts every morning was pleasing. The rooms are big, and as stated earlier, it's right across the road from Wat Chedi Luang on the Sunday Night market street which makes...

This is a conveniently located, comfortable hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained, if a bit spartan. The price was right, though I wouldn't splurge on the breakfast. Overpriced and underwhelming.
