The B&B has a nice hall, with free internet access, but the rooms are old and shabby. The website oversells everything, especially rooms. Price/quality ratio is bad.

3 Sis B & B is best place I stay in all Thailand. I love the staff all very helpful and give me many advice on what to do, where to eat good foods, and best temples to visit. I go with my friends and we have best time ever. The Thai food was very good and they make not...

We had the most delightful stay at 3 Sis B & B in December 2010. The staff continually went above and beyond what one could expect. The facility is charming. The location is perfect for the 'Old City'. Our room was beautifully comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were delicious. My entire family adored the staff and the B & B...

We spent a week in December and a week in January at this popular B&B. The location could not be better if you wish to check out central Chiang Mai - right across the street from the awesome Wat Chediluang. During our almost ten days, we could not find fault with the service. We did discover that it is worth...

Great bed and breakfast, very centrally located but quiet, in old town except on Sunday night whilst the Walking Market in on. Staff very helpful and keen to see that everything is as you like. Massages and manicures available at 3 Sis - good value. Generally very clean, free internet in lobby, breakfast adequate - choice of 6 different set...

3 Sis B&B is fabulous! Not only is it adorable, but also the staff is VERY helpful. They go out of their way to help make your stay in Chiang Mai enjoyable. The prices for what you get can't be beat and the location was great! We'll definitely be back next time we roll through Chiang Mai!

We had a group of 10 family members spend several nights atvthe 3 Sis. It was our first stop after arriving from the US. The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, the location was great, the rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was delicious (even more so as wecstayed in other Thai B&Bs), and the restaurant served...

Pros--great location, charming open-air seating area, clean rooms, nice furnishings and helpful staff. They also provide reasonably priced massages and laundry service. Cons--breakfast is just OK and we found ants in the hot water tea dispenser two days in a row. They only give you two towels in the bathroom and no conditioner. Finally, since you are in the middle...

The 3Sis hotel is in a central location, clean and has an excellent staff. We stayed there for 4 nights in the 'lodge part' of the guesthouse and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpfull and they serve a great breakfast. Don't think twice, just book the 3Sis when you go to Chiang Mai!

My rating is primarily based on the quality of the staff. The hotel was very nice overall, expecially the lobby that partially opened into a small garden, but it was the front desk staff stood out. Though very busy, they were extremely helpful and very friendly. The restaurant was nice, especially the front veranda. The food was not the best...
