The rooms are very simple. We stay in a double room with bathroom inside. The hot water didn't work. Good point of information for tourist and good attention from the guys. Good food in the restaurant.

Very helpful staff. They speak good English as well. The rooms was a bit smaller than average and not much pressure in the showers. The restaurant was very cosy. Perfect for backpackers. They helped us with booking of cooking class and bussticket.

Rating: Under average The good: Pretty efficient. Possible to buy food and coffee, which can be very convenient. Information about different tours and bus connections, and the possibility to be picked up at the hotel for certain trips, like if you are going to Pai. The bad: There is loud music in the communal area THE WHOLE DAY. For me...

We signed up for the trekking tour with Julie and that was when we decided to stay there as it will be tiring for us to move around after the trekking trip. We stayed for 2 nights. The plus point for this hostel is the people at the front desk are friendly and helpful and location is quite strategic as...

I stumbled across Julie's while searching for nearby food and decided to move here the next day. They have great priced rooms, single or dorm, they serve delicious food at a very budget friendly rate, and can help you book virtually anything you want from treks, to bike rentals, to plane and bus tickets. The staff is super friendly and...

Nice place for backpackers, really cheap and the staff is nice. They also make food and offer cheap treks and "adventure" days. I wouldn't recommend booking through them for any elephant experience. We did and we arrived at a place where elephants were quite mistreated and unhappy.

Stayed in a double room for a few days, then a twin room with my brother. The guest house is nice, with very good atmosphere in sitting area. Good food. Some staff are very nice, others are sometimes not very helpful. The place is old, and it shows, but mostly clean. Wifi worked most days, but when it didn't it...

Julie is a great place to stay in chiang mai : very well located in the old city, near cybercafes, laundry service and many restaurants! The place is very nice and cool, the rooms are okay, with everything you need, clean, apart from the bed which was not comfy at all, everything was great for the very low price! I...
