The rooms are definitely clean and reasonably priced, but the hotel is just not very pleasant to stay in. The front office staff were initially completely unfriendly, but later warmed up to only mildly unfriendly. The pool was frigid and the pool area is very noisy from the surrounding restaurant and street. There are strange rules to the hotel (like...

Is it cheap? At <$30 for a room, yes. Is it clean? As far as we could tell, yes. If that's all you're looking for, then perhaps this is your spot, but I think we could've paid <$20 more and found something much more preferable. The staff is transactional - not much warmth or friendliness. They require payment upfront (we...

I have lived in Chiang Mai for 6 years now. My family were coming to visit me in December for Christmas. We booked these rooms in July for my sister, her boyfriend and their two year old daughter, and another room for my brother and his girlfriend. We booked the two garden double rooms on the bottom floor. The first...

Lovely little hotel, clean and well maintained, may benefit from a lesson in hospitality. We stayed in a double/ fan room. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious, good bed and mattress, towels and soap provided, great swimming pool area in the forecourt - good value for money. Our room was street-side, can be a little disturbing when cars or...

We've been travelling for 7 months on a tight budget and this place we thought was great value. For 400B we got a lovely big double room with a fan, tv, complimentary water, towel etc and use of the swimming pool. The hotel was well located for the old town, sunday market and the staff were helpful. Our only minor...

When we arrived they did not find my booking but we got a room anyway. Location is fantastic, in a quiet soi and close to everything. Rooms are clean and spacy. The cheaper rooms have no fridge and it is not allowed to bring/eat food in your room. They have a menu with good variety for breakfast and lunch. The...

A great place to stay and kept me coming back on my travels. The pool was always clean and well maintained. The housekeepers kept the rooms spotless. But the best part was the customer service of the staff who would always go the extra mile to help and were very informative. Thanks Moon and the team for great stay.

If anything, we thought this was a touch out of town when we arrived - actually, it fits the balance just right. It's 5 minutes walk to the city wall and easy to get around from there. In the evening, we found a walk in and tuk-tuk back (the roads get very busy) was the best option. The staff here...

As said during several reviews, the staff is not the friendliest, but i still think it is a very good value with clean stylish rooms and swimming pool for 400 Baht (10 euros). I felt also that the staff was doing an effort not to be too commercial. Probably they are reading (and learning) from Tripadvisor, which a good sign....
