It is a cheap accomodation very near to the center, in a quite area but it would deserve some maintenance - it seems that the owner just keeps it running but doesn't focus much on keeping the rooms in the nice and cosy state (it was probably very nice years ago). Some information that you receive via emial is not...

I found the rooms I stayed in clean. A little bit to expensive for what they offer doe. They hardly are pleased to hand you over a towel which you don't (yet) have to pay for while they charge you for everything else like a low cost airline: your toilet paper, your water (because there is non in your room),...

This hotel is clean enough. But given the amount of time this hotel has been up and running and the fact it is run by a westerner it could be much better. We only stayed a couple of nights but would not stay here again. Our first room had an air con that was not working properly, they changed it...

Myself & my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights. The room was clean & comfortable. The food was great and the staff were genuinely very friendly & helpful, it was always a pleasure talking with them. They offer a huge range of activities and are very informative regarding current & upcoming events in Chiang Mai. We did a half day...

We had a double room a/c and the room was all dirty. The sheets and the curtains had stains on them which looked like blood or whatever. The mattress was too hard and not comfy. Sleeping was not possible since you could hear every noise from the neighbors. For a simple pancake at the breakfast we had to wait for...

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is centrally located, the restaurant offers decent and tasty food, and they also organize tours. The rooms are not very inviting... shabby, old, the shower has no pressure at all, not very pleasant, I've stayed in better places for the same money, but they are clean and cheap. Overall a good...

I found the room grubby and floor dirty, stains on the sheets and a dead insect in the bed too. I've stayed in better accommodation for the same money, and others have provided soap, toilet roll and bottled water unlike Eagle House. It was in the guide book and generally gets ok reviews so maybe it's just me, but I...

I stayed at the Eagle House for the second time. And again it was a pleasure! The staff is very is very friendly and 250 Baht for a double bed room with privat bathroom and FAN is more than fair! I also again took a class at the Chilli Club, the cooking school of the guesthouse - I recommend! Thank...

Eagle House has a special place in my heart. We just booked here for our trekking and didn't get the chance to stay in their rooms as they were fully booked. --we regret not staying there because they have good location and have budget friendly rates. Annette, the owner, is very welcoming and will make you feel like Eaglehouse is...

“Second floor on the balcony is quieter and one can keep the window curtains open without losing privacy. Also can hang wash on balcony. But stay clear of the room near the water tank. It makes noise and I heard from others it was annoying.”
