I have stayed in many hotels in the centre of Chiang Mai and this is one of my favourites. It's in a fantastic location, situated close to both the old city and the night market. The hotels decor is lovely, very clean and modern with all the amenities one could ask for. The pool is also lovely although there is...

stayed here a couple of nights, its a very nice city hotel, close to the night market and not far away from clubs and bars. dont think the pictures do it justice. it is fairly cheap for a hotel of this standard and we enjoyed staying here. the room is fairly large and has a nice bathroom, the pool is...

Stayed here for 5 nights in October and really enjoyed it. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are exactly as you see on the website (hotel) - for the cost, its incredible. We used the pool everyday and found it to be a good size. Breakfast variety was good. Location is great - only a short walk to the...

We were really happy with the hotel, our room was just like the photos online, the pool was nice and it was nice and quiet. The hotel did lack a bar and do not ask the hotel to book you a taxi as the price they quoted was way over the top. Our room was big, the bed was quite...

My first trip to Chiang Mai and would love to return again. People here are more friendly as compared to Bangkok. Staff at front desk, housekeeping and restaurant are all very nice. However, as my room was situated in the main building, it is very modern , bright clean and comfy. My friends stayed at the old wing (terrace) and...

Overall the Maninarakorn Hotel in the lovely Chiang Mai, was the best hotel we stayed in during our 25 days in Thailand. When I first read reviews about this hotel on Trip Advisor I was a bit concerned about the mixed opinions - so I followed advice and booked to stay in a deluxe room in the main hotel which...

We stayed for Songkran and hotel was great location and convenient to go anywhere, walk to night bazaar and restaurants. If booking sightseeing there's a great travel agency across the street, I think his name was Ken. Breakfast was good and nice staff there, we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Overall a great value.

The "residence" rooms are good size with living room (we stayed there our fist night since hotel was not available). There were many stairs to take (I felt bad for the guy who helped us with our luggage), and the room has more of a simple apartment feeling rather than a hotel. The rest of the nights we were at...
