We stayed 5 nights at the Tadkham Village in Chiang Mai. The price was low, so we came with low expectations. We were pleasantly surprised. It's a nice Lanna-style building in a quite street five-minutes walk from the south side of the Old City. There are many restaurants, bars, thai massage places, convenience stores and laundry shops nearby. There's also...

Nice room, very spacious with a huge TV (not that we used it) and ample facilities. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Close to town. Taxi (uber) to night bazaar around 30-50 baht. Would definitely recommend.

Tucked away from the old city, it's located in a quiet alley way. Cute cafes within walking distance. Perfectly nearby the Saturday night market. Excellent welcoming staff who speak English. Koi pond, computers, library are available. Just be aware beds are firm and toilets have small pipes so no toilet paper. Otherwise a peaceful stay. Breakfast is a choice of...

Before booking I was a bit hesitant because of their 2-stars, but it was great staying there! The location is good, just south of the old city (app. 5min. walk), so a quite calm area for light sleepers. Restaurants, massage places and bike rentals nearby. The service was also excellent, really kind staff and they speak good english. The included...

One of my favorite places I've stayed. I loved the courtyard to relax and have a beer after a day of sightseeing in the heat, the rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. It was in a perfect location on the outskirts of town, very accessible to the city and tourist activities by motorbike.

Set in a lovely quiet street a very short walk from the city wall, walking street & eating places this is a great location. The owner & staff were very welcoming & friendly to help us with our stay. We had a delightful room with a rather firm bed all furnished in dark wood with both air-con & a fan....

Off the busy road yet close enough to walk. Lovely setting. Rooms lack a few treasured basics for a traveller i.e. hand towel, hair dryer, safe for passport. Air con struggled with the heat. Budget priced - clean and safe.

Visited with some friends, all in our mid twenties. The hotel is well situated, a lot is at a walking distance. We walked from the airport which took around 50 minutes. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was included and yummy. The only down point is that the beds are extremely hard, but other...
