Out of all of the super nice people we met in Thailand, the nicest were the staff here. Like others mentioned, it is stunning how tranquil and beautiful the campus is right in the middle of the busy downtown. Great breakfast included, great wifi, and good food. Cheap and easy tuk-tuk to the temples/night markets. They took care of everything...

When I first saw photos of Shewe Wana I assumed it was off the beaten path outside of the city, but to my surprise it's right in the thick of it. That made it all the more impressive that they were able to design a property such that makes you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle at...

Shewe Wana Resort was like a tropical oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Chaing Mai. Lovely staff, great food, fabulous spa, beautiful gardens and pools, free tuk tuk to town. You don't have to step outside - everything is catered for.

Staff are polite, helpful and good in English. They provide what you need, arrange one free transport from airport to resort, free shuttle to old town, arrange reasonable price of red car at the front door, delicious breakfast with many choices. For the room, It is a quiet place for sleep. But the pools are a bit small for me....

It was my second time staying at Shewe wana, I did 3 weeks in 2015 and another 2 weeks this year. The first time I stayed was with a friend and the service was second to none. This time it was me and my girlfriend, we were greeted at the airport and taken directly to the hotel. I highly recommend...

I can't boast enough about this hotel. I checked reviews on trip advisor and most were good so I just booked it assuming it would be okay. I arrived after the hotel picked me up for free from the train station and they showed me to my room. We walked through a jungle of beautiful trees and plants too my...

We stayed here for three days. Kind personnel, nice rooms and perfect food. Both breakfast and dinner. Also the option to get transfer to Night Market. We really liked it here. You can also ask for some advice for trips and stuff and they book it as wel.

We went there for 5 days during our stay in Chiang Mai, the hotel wasn't what we expected... The location is far from the movement of the city even when they offer a shuttle service to the bazar and the old city it's not available all the time and they don't pick u up there so you gotta go back...

This is a small hotel with colonial and resort style. Booked a standard room, and get the room at ground floor. The hotel and building style suit my taste, the room size is just right for solo traveller. If you travel as a couple you need to book bigger room. Staff are very friendly and helpful, decent breakfast selection. Located...

Amazing place! Everything was looked after-- beautiful handmade bath products, incense burning outside the room for a beautiful smell, mosquito zapper in our room. They even asked if our bed was comfortable and added some cushions to make it softer. The cafe was delicious-- perfect for any diet. They had delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and vegan options. They could cater...
