Set in the heart of the city and in between the old city walls and the river, Banthai Village is an oasis of calm and space. Two minutes walk from the main Tapae Road with access the some of the night markets, China Town, banks and some good shops, it is ideally located. As

We had the whole family staying here for the start of our Thai adventure. 3 rooms, from a junior suite to a superior twin. We really enjoyed the hotel, the location and the benefit of a central pool, which all our rooms overlooked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location as it is near everything. Hotel lacks common amenities. Food and drinks were average. Beds and pillows were very firm. The property is nice and clean. Bathroom was modern Asian design and a little awkward. Don’t get the room by the pool because people are steps

The hotel is right off a busy street, but seems a world away once you step through the courtyard. There is a lovely pool and many plants and trees to create a very inviting atmosphere. My 8 year old son loved exploring books and crannies of hotel The rooms are small but clean

BanThai Village is really cute and the location is wonderful. It's really close to the night market, a lot of temples, and shops. The pool looked nice although I never used it. I arrived at the hotel around 1:45pm and they made me sit in the lobby and wait until 2 to check into

Dear Hayley A , Thank you for your recent stay with us during your trip in Chiangmai. Regarding to your comments are very concern to us ,we are very pleased to explain you as follow; 1. Wi-Fi , yes we have many different wi-fi lines that you can choose the high signal one to login but sometime when you go out from the room to the lobby the wi-fi line has been changed due to the different location but you can login again this is the main signal and support for all of the guests because when they use the same signal in the same time the Wifi is overloaded and the internet will automatically drop. 2.Bathroom no hot water , please kindly be informed that all most of guests they didn't know about how to use the tap in the bathroom but our staffs are ready to show you how to use the tap and how to adjust the water temperature in the bathroom. 3.Drop the key at the front desk when you leave the hotel this is our suggestion for all guests because of when you lost the key you have been charged 2,000 THB. We didn't force the guest and the guest can bring the key along with them but please beware the key will be lost. 4. Lock on the door we have 02 locks in the room 01 at the knob and another 01 on the knob and please be ensured that our hotel is safe due to we have 02 security guards during the night and we also have the cctv around the property. 5.Lights by the pool are very bright and at night this is very small problem because we can swift-off the light at the night time and if you feel so bright you can call to the front desk we will do it. 6. The walls are very thin and I could hear the tv blasting from the people above me,please understanding us for this because our style and the building are half-timber and soundproofing aren't so well like to concrete building. Anyway during your recent stay with us we haven't receive any complaint from you because of if you contact at the front desk and lets us know about these problems we can solve the problem for you and we have the other rooms ready to move for you. Thank you!
