We stayed here for just under a week and it was lovely. It is a bit far from Old Town [we walked and explored the city on our way and it took us about 40 minutes] but compared to the other places we saw more into town the property is beautiful! Traditional, Thai teak wood with pretty carvings, landscaping and...

Our family stayed for a week at the Ruen Come In on the recommendation of a friend. We are so glad that we took their advice and made it our home base while we visited Chiang Mai. The location was quiet and relaxing, not too far from downtown and the family and staff were so welcoming and helpful. The meals...

Nice quiet location, not too far from town. We were greeted warmly by the staff and they immediately helped us set up the tours that we wanted to do within our stay. The rooms were gorgeous and clean and they had a driver to take you into the city for THB200. The breakfast was great and the pool was refreshing.

We stayed here for 5 nights. As other reviewers have said this place is much more than a comfortable walk downtown. We did it once and it takes 30 minutes and crossing some of the junctions is not advised. There is a smaller commercial area near the Maya shopping area which takes about 15/20 minutes to walk along a busy...

This hotel is built in the traditional Thai style wooden building and is situated in a very quiet location on the edge of the town. I found the overall level of service and the quality of the rooms excellent, the restaurant also prepares delicious breakfasts and dinners. The only down side for less active people is there is about a...

This gorgeous boutique hotel is down a lane and turning into the drive is a big surprise. It is built around the original family home, which was built of teak. The welcome was warm and friendly. When we were shown to our room the towels and face washers had been fashioned into elephants. The room was lovely and large as...

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was one of our favorites of the whole trip! The room itself was very clean and cozy. The shower was awesome and the bed comfortable. The hotel is situated a bit from old city but it's an easy 150 baht-200 baht to get a ride from the hotel. The perk is that...
