Good central location near night markets and wats. Spacious room with no view. It was a disappointing breakfast because of quality of some products. The front desk staff were really helpful and nice. Pool nice, but mostly in shade. Would stay there again.

Just stayed at hotel for 3 nights. First night we were on level 2 bed not so comfortable. We went on a 2 day trek and came back to level 4 and bed very very comfortable and room a bit larger. We had some hiccups with our tours which were arranged from home and the staff were so helpful nothing...

Not the cheapest hotel but not by far the dearest in Chiang Mai Helpful staff, good level of English spoken and a good range of food for breakfast Hotel / airport transfer worked fine both ways Good restaurant but eating out can be more fun and even cheaper Not your 'backpacker' hotel and if wanting to have that little more...

Great location in the old town of Chiang Mai, easy walk to restaurants, markets and spas. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. Comfy spacious rooms, highly recommend, would definitely come again....

Loved the style of the hotel very traditional. Nicely kept dining room with good choice at breakfast. Nice reception area although the staff are not that welcoming they don't smile much. The pool area is nice after a long day out in the heat, the decking area is very badly maintained with rough uneven boards. the rooms are adequate and...

No smoking policy was awesome! Very close to everything. Front desk showed us where to go for shopping, and suggested great places to eat. Pool is a little small, but air-con in the rooms works really well. John's Place around the corner has fantastic food.

I would just like to say a big thank you for your no smoking policy, it is a 'breath of fresh air' to be able to have breakfast and sit by the pool without being poisoned by inconsiderate people. This hotel is quiet and well located within Chiangmai making walking to most places quite easy. Rooms were nice but bathroom...

I would like to rate one star for this hotel not due to its location and rooms but it's due to its poor hotel service. Their staff are with poor attitude and doesnt really respond well when asked on the highlights around the area. They have poor attitude when serving breakfast as well as in the counter service. For smokers,...

A group of 5 from Canada had a member in our travel who experienced a family emergency. The front desk went out of their way to assist our friend during this emergency. I would really like everyone to know that this was much appreciated. As for the hotel, it was a beautiful little boutique and I would highly recommend it...

Loved this hotel, my favourite on our tour of Thailand. Small and quaint beautifully decorated with various aterfacts. Reminded me of a riad as rooms are set off a green and shady courtyard with tables where you can sit. Beautiful room though no view, tastefully decorated and very clean. Breakfast buffet small but good. Chaing Mai is very busy and...
