Aya Boutique Hotel is situated in an alley just opposite to the beach road. Perfect Location if one is staying in Pattaya. I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. It is a decent hotel with the all amenities decently maintained. Staff is friendly, hospitable and quite professional. I stayed in Deluxe Courtyard Room, without a Balcony, which I found...

Not the best hotel where I ever been but for sure the bigger surprise was here. Hotel is good, confortable, quiet and at a very good location. The breakfast could be better but it's okay. The bigger problem, in my opinion, is the wifi. Quite good while connected but disconnects a lot of times (happens to me in 2 of...

The Aya Hotel is pretty close to all the action in central Pattaya. It is only a 1 minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes walk to the famous Walking Street where all the best night life is at. The hotel itself is quite pleasant with large & clean rooms. The separated pool and sundeck (different levels) seemed...

DO NOT BUY EXCURSION from concierge as they are very expensive, you...

Great hotel, no charges of you bring brass home. Staff are friendly and it's in a good location. The pool is really nice but don't swim nude cause of the glass fronts... We made that mistake. Also the gym and sunbathing area ideal.

Good location for getting around, close to walking street, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were comfortable and the staff very good. Breakfast was also very good. The only drawback was parking was at another location.

As the name suggests it's a boutique hotel with the location which is about 5 mins walk from the walking street. Though the rooms are small but they have a welcoming staff with please take smiles. Rooms are neat and clean and comes along with a small balcony

I've stayed here several times because it's good and value. The rooms are clean, the price is excellent, near to hundreds of bars and just a few minutes from walking street. A hotel you can rely on. Breakfast is fare for its price, location will be the reason I choose. A nice Japanese restaurant attached to the lobby and it's...

If you wanna enjoy your holiday in Pattaya, you may stay at Pattaya Hotel since near "walking street" and shopping area. Price is okay 50-65$ exclusive breakfast. Rooms are very clean and enough big. Bed is very comfortable. There are 2 bad things one is breakfast since typical Asean cuisine or breakfast (only 1 type of cheese) second is you...
