I stayed for two weeks from 4 June till 18 June 2015 at this favourite hotel of mine. As always, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were very polite and helpful and had no reason to complain. Though it it is situated so close to the busy and noisy Walking Street, once you are in your...

We had a memorable time in Pattaya, enhanced by our choice of hotel and the helpfulness of the staff there, who made us very welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and the noise levels almost non-existent for a hotel so close to such a bustling nightlife.

Although this hotel is located near close to famous walking street, however, the staff of the hotel was very rude. One might need extra towels during stay which if requested the staff makes bad faces to provide despite you requesting several times. The bed sheets were dirty. Poor ventilation in the bathroom. No toiletries provided. No coffee maker provided. If...

Dearest Sir I have spoken to the staff and I believe there is some misunderstanding due to language barriers. Your anger and I feel unfair review is painful to read, we are extremely clean and change sheets regularly. Our staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Spent 4 nights at the Jasmine Hotel in Pattaya the first week of March 2015 with friends, There was some construction across the one way alley that leads up to the hotel from Walking Street. The staff placed our group in rooms on the opposite side of the alley to avoid construction noise. It was relatively quiet and we all...

I stayed at the Jasmine Hotel for 10 days in February 2015, It is a low cost budget hotel, but surprisingly nice for the price, I was upgraded to a deluxe room from a standard room free of charge as the were doing their annual makeover on all their ground floor rooms. I've stayed here twice, in August and in December, booked superior room from the 3rd floor (both times).
