Grumpy staff , Bhat is the only word they understand , no wi - fi , no towels , no bell boy ... Don't judge a book by its cover would explain loma best ... Looks beautiful & the staff would do every thing in thier capacity to "ruin" your vacation ...

Hotel itself is not the worst but the management is very poor. The staff is awful, very rude and annoying at times certainly not helpful at all . over all a very relaxing enjoyable resort a world apart from all the hussle and bustle peacefull and serene.......the hotel staff were plentiful and very helpfull too all our needs and always had a smile on there faces very nice people ,,,,ten mins walking distance too a very nice peacfull beach with lovely restaurant and only a short baht bus...
