Very poor reception. No service to speak of. Room was large but that was all. View from the room was of grimy dilapidated buildings. Pool is tiny and when I went down for a swim, no service behind the bar to even order a bottle of water. Breakfast was quite bad and repetitive. We stayed for 3 nights and the...

You enter a very busy and uncourteous reception where u are told u need to pay TBH 1000/- for damages, something that is not pre informed, then u group to a room with no balcony, view of barren waste land and what looks like years of grime in the toilets The breakfast menu is mediocre and un inspiring as well...

We stayed in this hotel on 4apr2017. We stayed in Superior room. Hotel looks fine from outside. But room looks very old. Front office staffs especially ladies always very rude to guests. I felt they have negative attitude towards Indians.

The stay was OK. However, the internet was very expensive, and very slow. The staff are not so friendly either. Breakfast was fine, but was same everyday for my entire stay there. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the beach, so the location is fine. Laundry is very expensive.

The location of the hotel is good, there are many nearby massage parlours, bike taxi stand, family shops etc. Breakfast has a large collection of menu. Mostly Indians stay in this hotel. The only issue is small sized lifts. It has 18 floors, each floors has 14-15 rooms but the lift can accommodate only 5-6 people at a time. No...

The hotel has check-out time at 12:00 noon so had to wait to get a room allotted since we reached by 9:30 am. Got the room allotted by 11:30 am. Room was neat and well kept. I have reduced 2 points just for the reception attention given by staff at check-in. The can't even understand basic English. Hotel must ensure this in a tourist location . Otherwise it's okay. For Indians who visit here and are vegetarian lovely veg restaurant that offers homely food just outside gate. Never book by MakeMyTrip for any sightseeing options, they...
