Although the hotel near central city, nice receptionists.... it really was a terrible hotel to me. It was too noisy!! Everyone walking or talking outside, we in the room can hear them, all day and all night also. We can't sleep well at all. Breakfast was normal. Motorbike for rent was ok.

We checked in early - but for a price. The room was reasonably big with a very ugly, but comfy bed. The bathroom was dreadful, separated by a glass wall which left nothing to the imagination and caused condensation on a biblical scale. And, even in town, on the 6th floor there conspired to be the usual mad, insomniac rooster!...

Stayed Here as a last minute booking as everywhere was full. We paid for two rooms and three contrast was so different as one room was huge and the other do small with no balcony. Didn't bother querying as only staying for one night. Clothes were damp in the morning but think this is due to the area of the...

We booked in advance online. When we got there they wanted to keep our passports. The woman at the desk stated that it was needed to register us; she stated she could not register us now because she was busy and registers them at night. Over the past month of traveling SE asia, no where have we had to leave...

This hotel near the Xuan Huong Lake: about 2 minutes walking. And about 10 minutes to the new Dalat Market, Dalat Market and Dalat Night Market (a little far to the central). Buffee in the morning. From 6.30 a.m to 8.30 a.m. They will give you a buffee ticket in the afternoon. Saw some reviews complains about the food. But...

Room was clean & tidy, location was a close walk to the main centre, brekkie was included on an upper floor restaurant which could have catered more for western tourists but we are in Vietnam so it was an adventure. The staff were good, all in all it was an OK stay for 2 nights

Firstly arriving it looked like a nice hotel and rooms didn't look bad. Breakfast wasn't great here and we found the service extremely bad. House cleaning left our door wide open after cleaning and they laughed at us when we told them, the beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable, the hotel was really noisy at night time & some...

“Go for mid-floor for rooms with window facing lake. 5th floor is noisier cos there is a karaoke on the rooftop and 1st floor near to breakfast area. For families, get the superior twin rooms with 2 kingsize beds.”
