If all you want is a clean bed and a nice bathroom in a ok lacation, choose this hotel. But I'm sure you can do better elsewhere in Dalat. Nothing wrong and nothing special. There is music in the hallways, which is very annoying. The incens is penetrating at times.

I choose this hotel because of its central location. But I was amazed by the breakfast buffet with many traditional good food, esp the bloating fern-shaped cake and steamed rolled rice pancake. I always thought that Dalat has nothing good with food except the fresh veggie. Besides, the room is clean and comfortable. The porter was supportive.

Dalat is a good hotel as most best westerns seem to be. The breakfast is the same as you get in most big hotels. Rooms are clean and very spacious. The only down side is there is no air con or there wasn't in our room. Dalat is quite cool in the evening but we found it still became quite...

We stayed for 2 nights in one double and one triple room. Both rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening and were one of only two tables to do so. The food was average and the staff seemed anxious for us to finish, they were the same staff at breakfast the next...

We had a smooth check in by Ms Yen, whom speaks English, friendly and helpful. She is always so cheerful, nothing is too small for her to help. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, partial view of Xuan Huong Lake. As the hotel is along the road, it can be noisy when the window is opened. Buffet breakfast has...

Decent 3-star hotel with helpful staff. Room was comfortable with a nice bath tub. Only issue I had was that due to the design / installation of the bath tub, there is the problem of water flowing from the edge of the bathtub and wetting the floor... For a nice view, request for rooms facing the town and lake.

Well this hotel is average. The room are spacious but a bit dated. The bathroom is average. The shower and beds are good. The room we had, had a view of someone's messy rooftop with laundry hanging. Breakfast was a disappointment! Not very appetising and not a lot of choice. The waiters were bored or in a bad mood, no...

We booked 3 twin rooms from Agoda but were all given triple rooms. Request for rooms away from traffic noise was granted. You either choose rooms facing the lake with the scene AND traffic noise or one facing rooftops of other buildings like ours. We have no regret choosing the quiet rooms because rooms can be stuffy overnight if window...

Booked this hotel on Agoda several months in advance at very good price; turns waiting would have given similar price. Anyway the hotel is well placed overlooking the lake and night market. We had a front room on the 3rd floor which was pleasant, roomy and comfortable. Only drawback was that Da Lat never really went quiet. Cars and bikes...

Great location! The hotel is centrally located, just some step to the lake, dalat market as well as many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were big and comfort but noisy at night. The food at the hotel restaurant was so so but there are many good restaurants nearby
