The owners are really kind and speak well english. They look after you just as your uncle. I feel just like home. The only thing that I am not happy is the bed, its hurt my back. It's a bit far the hot spot compare to other hotels. But we rent a motorbike to ride and such a wonderful experience...

After trying to get a room at Dreams Hotel in Dalat ( no responce by email) we booked at the Thien An Hotel. The hotel was claen and quiet. It was within walking distance to the city center. The manager was very helpful with any arrangements we needed to make.

This was a brilliant hotel! The owner and his wife are absolutely lovely and were so helpful with everything - from booking tours, airport transfers and even doing our washing at the typical going-rate in Vietnam. The double room was very spacious and the bathroom was great! Breakfast was wonderful - I couldn't have wanted more. Heaps of fruit, eggs,...

Always our choice for our visits to Dalat. A warm welcome back to this great family run hotel. I doubt you can find better value than here. Just a 15 minute walk and you're in town but I prefer to take a longer way and walk through the residential area up the hill behind the hotel. When we visit again...

Our room was perfectly clean with nice furnishings. More hotel standard than guest house. The ensuite bathroom was beautiful and newly renovated. Nice view of a temple out our window. The husband and wife were very friendly. Very chilled out atmosphere. Also we got a free breakfast which was a great bonus. Great computers and good wifi. Location walking distance...

My partner and I had a lovely time at Thien An Hotel. The family was very accommodating and had great local advice. The rooms were spacious and clean, and a big breakfast spread was included in the room rate. They have a beautiful dog Panda who kept us entertained. The only negative was the location was set about a 15-20...

The hotel is located quite far from the city center and the staff is not very interested in offering you any kind of service. They do the basic but doesnt seem to understand hospitality. The room was fine, nothing special.

Such an amazing and cozy hotel with such a homely feel. I really felt at home here, and the manager Mr Anh was very friendly, helpful and had that fatherly figure feel. He always assisted us with a smile on his face, even when we came back pretty late he opened the door for us without any complains although we...

Got a private airport transfer from the hotel, the charge is 200,000 VND versus 180,000 VND from the airport counter so not much of a difference. It's located a bit away from the centre of town. It's also on one of the main streets in Dalat so might be a issue for light sleepers or ask for a room in...

The staff here were semi-helpful though brief and gruff. They weren't very polite, while they did sit down and have breakfast with us family style. The only real problem with this place is that it is so far away from anything to do in DaLat. Though it is located in a small older part of the city.
