Are so uncomfortable place as noisy marble is not recommended, the managers of the place lied to me abut the construction !! and the construction began at 7: 45 am, You can find much better hotels in the area look for something else, a terrible experience

This hotel is only interested in your money, and they don't try to hide it. We were pushed and pushed to try the full day cruise and we finally agreed to do one and turns out they charged us 40$ more then it should have been. And I could talk on and on about how many times we asked questions... More

We stay in the hotel for 2 days. The men of the hotel is very interesting. We had a long talk over Vietnam and he give us tips for the city. The mountain was very nice! The beds are a little bit hard. The view is beautiful. Nadieh&Wout, Holland

Room was dirty, had roaches, TV and outlets did not work, beds were bricks. The lobby had a running motorcycle giving of exhaust and people were asleep in there too. Gave two stars because at least the view from the balcony was good.

The woman and main owner is completely disinterested in helping you or conversing with you in any way. She stated she could not so our washing one day, for what reason I do not know why, she did not give me one. The "restaurant" was expensive and looked dead, alike to most of the bay if honest, it was also... More

The beds are hard. The breakfast isn't included (as advertised) and you get far from what you've ordered and are then expected to pay for what you didn't get. Totally charmless overall. Service is atrocious. There is definitely better value for money else where.

This place was mediocre at best, the staff barely spoke English, they were completely unwilling or unable to talk to me and the room was alright, nothing fancy, a bed, a desk, a fan and that's about it. The location was alright and the room was $12 off booking.com but there's really nothing good to say about this place.

I was actually expecting a better view but it was nice and moreover (at least in December) you don't really get to see the bay because of the fog. Rooms are big and nice, good value for the money paid.

Whilst in our room there were several bottles of water in there. Which we drank as there was nothing to say they werent... More
