Dirty as you will not imagine. We had to change the room because the bathroom was flooded by the shower (water came out of the shower through a side hole). Then, the second room we were given had a mouldy wall. Do not go there, it is the worst place to stay.

Context: stayed in the hotel on a staff team trip with a local company. Rates were clearly very cheap to handle our limited budget. So what could we expect? I only hoped for it to be clean. Result: My room was extremely basic but at least it was clean enough. Nothing really worked properly - the shower was very old...

The worst hotel I've stay in my life! This should be hostel or one star hotel but not three hotel like the sign in front of the building. The corridor looks dark and unwelcoming, it even full of food smell all the time (it make your clothes terrible smelly). Room and facilities are all old and dirty: All towels are...

The lobby looks dark and unwelcoming. Maybe we came in during the monsoon season so the power was out. But the staff was not that friendly. They called my sister after we left and changed for a missing towel!! (Which we did not take). The bed is like rock. The view is ok, but you can see the bay from...

Located near the 'centre' of town, lots of noodle shops and restaurants nearby, and it's within a block of at least a dozen massage parlours. Underground parking (possible), difficult Reception (because none of the staff speak a word of English), large lobby with comfortable chairs, souvenir shop, small-ish rooms, comfortable beds and good A/C, dangerous to shower (because our tub...

Thank goodness that my trip to Hanoi we ONLY have to stay a night in Ha long so that we could catch the morning cruise to Ha Long Bay. Boy! the hotel facade looks promising but once you exit the lift to your respective floor, you are greeted by musky smell and old furniture in the lobby. Room was reasonably...

TA currently lists this hotel as 3.5 star, but I would say it's more like 2-stars. We were to be on a 2-day, 1-night Halong Bay cruise. However, due to poor weather, we were not permitted to stay on the ship overnight. So they placed us in this hotel instead. Note that people from different cruises, who paid for different...
