Nice little hotel. On a quiet backstreet. Very central and walking distance to most sites and surrounded by nice places to eat (Vietnamese and Western) It is a very nice family run hotel. Bed was comfortable. Room and hotel was spotlessly clean. AC and fan worked well in room. Shower had hot water and good power. Towels changed daily etc...

The family that runs the hotel is super friendly and gave us very useful information. The location is quiet and well situated. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The Internet is good and there is a computer at the front desk available for the guests. You may also exchange money for a competitive rate. We recommend Tung Trang without...

01 night stay. Small double room with the view to other window's house. We left too early that cannot evaluate free breakfast. Pros: + Quietly that you can hear bird's song ( in the afternoon) + Facility: clean, friendly. Wifi was good at 3fl. Bathroom with hot water and strong shower. + Distance: There was many small street foods to...

We spent two nights in Tung Trang hotel. The family who runs the hotel is very nice people. They make you feel comfortable and the service is very good. Our room was very nice. The whole hotel has recently been reformed. It's well situated, in the Old quarter, 5 minutes walk to The lake of restored sword.

Tucked down a sleepy Old Quarter back alley, this hotel does what it advertises – offers a range of keenly priced rooms catering to all types of traveller budgets and puts you right in the action of Old Quarter Hanoi. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and I can highly recommend the hotel.

Though a family does run this place, I found that they really do nickel and dime you wherever possible. For instance, the breakfast I ordered was 20,000 but they charged me that same amount again JUST for requesting butter and jam to go with my bread (and of course failed to mention until I paid the bill). So tacky. Not...

The room, situated at the 4th floor, was very small, around 4-5 sqmeters, and wet. If you have problems with climbing the stairs, then the upper floors are not the best, since the steps are high and the stairway is very narrow. Had a very small "window" (as it can be seen from the pics). The bathroom was exaggerated small....

We were supposed to stay for a couple of nights only, however my wife and I decided to stay longer, as location is really convenient. Great, friendly English speaking staff helped us with local trips, restaurant choices and were even bringing us things we needed (we asked for) Family run place, great value. Mis Trang will go an extra mile...

We are quite used to staying in guesthouses and hostels - and it is always staff people that make or break the experience. Unfortunately the staff here didn't meet the expectations we formed when reading reviews on Trip Advisor and Travelfish. We were hoping for a friendly family run guesthouse where the staff welcomed guests warmly and were interested in...

We happened upon this little hotel which looks unimpressive from the outside. The service, however, was exemplary! We were given 2 levels of room to choose from, the cheaper room was average, but smelled of cigarette smoke quite strongly. The more expensive room (still only $26 per night) was fantastic! Private balcony, comfortable bed, great view! After the hustle and...
