This hotel is totally worth the price; the staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated next to the Hoam Kiem lake, the most famous in Hanoi old town, so you can go everywhere by a walk. The breakfast was pretty good (you have to choose what you want from the menu). Thank you for our stay!

We stayed here one night en route to Halong Bay. Mai at reception couldn't have been anymore helpful. Lovely spacious rooms - tea and coffee all day and a lovely breakfast to send us on our way. Would definitely stay again!

We were so happy with Hanoi Old Centre. It's in a great location on a slightly quieter lane way right next to the lake. Easy access to food, shops and attractions. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English, giving us suggestions for food and markets. They also helped us book a day trip to Tam Coc which was...

This has been our base in Hanoi between other trips & it has been great. We have been made very welcome & had wonderful support from the staff when we had an unexpected crisis. The hotel is beautifully clean, very well-situated & the breakfasts are delicious. Many thanks to Hanoi Old Centre Hotel for being our home away from home!

The Old Centre Hotel was the perfect welcome to Vietnam. Comfortable with a great central location just moments from the lake. We received a very warm welcome from our driver at the airport and from Daisy and the team on reception. Everyone is very helpful and very happy to provide information and organise trips. Thoroughly recommend.

This hostel is very pratical because it is in the center and it is possible to do a lot of good travels. The rooms are quiet and with a good quality. The breakfast is varied with special some cooking. In the street, i found several massage services. You can change money at 500 meters. Near the hotel, there is a...

Great friendly staff, comfy bed and amazing breakfast in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful with assisting with tours, airport transfers and local knowledge on places to eat, see and visit.

We booked a car via the hotel to collect us and based on an hour's delayed departure + another hour to collect baggage the driver became concerned. However the journey to the hotel was interesting based on this being our first visit to Vietnam. The hotel was clean and well located to the old quarter with friendly and very helpful...

Stayed here for a few nights and felt very welcome. It's in the middle of the center where it is always noisy, but in the rooms it was ok. The staff has been very helpful with tips and tour organization.
