I went to Hanoi during April, 2015 with my family. The hotel is located in a small street. The area doesnt look so nice but it is save to walk at night. The hotel is close to Ngoc Son Temple and other tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and speaks English well. The room was not so clean but...

We booked to this hotel during our slated stay in Old Quarter Hanoi. The hotel is not a five star one so you can't expect tremendous facilities. However, all of our wants and needs were provided without any delay and hesitation from the staffs. Ana and Tui were very helpful in assisting us for us to enjoy our whole stay...

I can highly recommend this hotel, because their service is very good rooms are good though we had a problem with our first room which is the air condition is quite hot and the responded very fast to change our room though they informed us to wait until 1pm but we just only wait for 20 - 30 mins. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to better room. Room was clean and quiet and bed was comfortable. Wifi was working well and brakefast was tasty. What's good about this hotel: The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The location is good in terms of its proximity to the Hoan Kiem Lake and numerous restaurants, coffee shops and markets in the Old Quarter. I've stayed here on two separate occasions throughout my travel in Vietnam for several nights and I cannot fault the hotel or its staff. You are paying for excellent value and you are getting an excellent package. The rooms are tidy and lush and the location is spot on. The staff are what make the hotel stay a real pleasure...

The staff is simply amazing, always willing to help. Breakfast is super good and there are many choices, both vietnamese and western. The room was huge and very clean, I really recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay here and yes even an elevator. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure I was well looked after. The breakfast which is included served until 10 for us late sleepers was great and good menu to choose from. I even took advantage of their booking service for excursions, car service and plane...

It was a very good time in Ciao Hotel with the staff. They were nice and helpful. They helpt us for the trip around Hà Nội with good indication. The room was clean, calm and cosy for a good price. Thanks a lot to miss Lan, Thủy and all the team. We will hope to see you again!
