Lovely, lovely hotel. You feel spoiled and lucky to be there (views, pool, facilities, food quality (international food was as good as if it was prepared in the country of origin, which is rare in Vietnam) and the way you are looked after by the staff.

We booked In here late and just wanting a bed, which in all fairness this hotel provided. However the bed mattresses are horrific with every spring enjoying the noise they make and the uncomfort they bring to your back. Most of the night was ok until about 7am when the people who worked in the hotel started using our room...

Everything was going smoothly until late one night a rat ran out from under the television cabinet and under our bed, causing me to wake up everyone with my shocked scream at 1am. Not very happy, considering we had been in the room for almost a week. Luckily we were switched to a new (and hopefully rat-free) room asap. Luckily...

We were a group of 18 persons whom had booked at Mikes Hotel in Hanoi, but most of us put in Viktoria hotell insted. We stayed in Hanoi for over a month for education. The manager, Mike was quite ok, but he was not a manager for his personell. One of the men working in the reception was sitting there...
