Booked with late notice and found a room with a big double bed for $20 Australian. Location was okay. Upon entering room (501) it stank of cigarette smoke, we were moved to 8th floor, (lift only goes to 7th but that was okay) bed was like a hard wooden plank. We have slept on heaps of mattresses while in Vietnam...

They gave me a free upgrade to Deluxe room for usd 15 per night. What a bargain!! Also quick to arrange airport taxi for me, again very reasonably priced at usd 15. Clean hotel and strong WiFi signal. Quiet area hidden at a small alley of a busy street!

Luxury hotel offers good value for money with reasonable sized rooms that are basically furnished but clean. We found the wifi to be a bit on and off but overall it didn't hinder us much. Breakfast is offered as part of the deal and while basic is a good start to the day. Good location within the Old Quarter of...

We stayed at the luxury hotel for 2 nights with a halong bay tour in the middle. On arrival to Luxury hotel we greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, and a calming cup of tea (needed after experiencing hanoi traffic for the first time). our room was just what we needed, quiet and clean with a fantatic shower and...

Located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, Luxury Hotel is a pretty good little spot to rest feet weary from exploring. The rooms are clean, the wi-fi fairly solid, and the staff are excellent. The manager went as far as to furnish my girlfriend and I with a couple of fried egg sandwiches before we departed to Ha Long bay!...

We booked this hotel based on the many positive reviews on Tripadvisor, we were not disappointed. Our room was huge and the hotel has an elevator, so no problem carrying heavy luggage up stairs. It is located on an alley off Phu Doan street so it is not as noisy as some hotels. The staff all spoke great English and...

The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is served on the 9th floor with a beautiful view. For breakfast you can choose from several dishes. The hotel is in a side street that's why it is so quiet. All rooms have a window. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel for one night. While planning for a trip to phong nha-ke bang National Park, the staff helped us to book our train ticket and guest house on the last minute! They made a couple of phone calls and it was all set! Great service!! The room (701) was clean, spacious and very comfy. Great...

This hotel located small alley so it was hard to find at first. Take a few minute to get to the center but within walking distance. We stayed on the top floor, was quite and nice. Room was very clean and tidy by itself and has everything we needed. The bathroom was too small but it was okay to use....
