Excellent place to stay. I'm sure very friendly helpful staff made us have warm happy thoughts of mad chaotic Hanoi. Special mention for Ninh, Dung, Anna and the lovely lady who loved discussing beer with my husband. Rooms well set up, serviced very well and added benefit of upgrade if you stay certain number of nights. Also organised low cost...

This was September 2014. I booked the hotel and couldn't believe the quality for the money I paid. It was extremely cheap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic by western standards but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was served next door but it was great. Omelettes are made to order and there's a...

Also there are a lot of restaurants in the area that offers great alternatives for a very good price! Nice staff who all speak good english, and the...

The hotels location is fantastic. It's very close to the action but tucked away down a quiet street and it is possible to get your head down for a quiet afternoon sleep. In the newer wing of the hotel the rooms are more like a 4 star than a 3 star standard. The older wing of the hotel is perfectly...

There are 2 hotels and breakfast is served in the cafe across the road. It had a wide variety of foods to suit every taste and has great dinners as...
