Once we arrived at the hotel on the first day of our trip in Hanoi, Vietnam, the staff and also (I think) the owner of the hotel greet and welcome us pretty warm and explained about all the facilities they offer during our stay at the hotel. The lady (owner) spent her time to explain about Vietnam and what we...

We stayed on the 6th floor which was quite the hike, but the walk was good exercise. The view was amazing. The hot water was awesome. The room needs work, but they have free breakfast and the kindness of the staff made up for anything that was less than perfect. The location is great as well. Walking distance to night...

My partner and I stayed for 3 weeks prior to leaving on a motorcycle trip from nth to sth. We immediately went to Serenity as we stated last year around January and knew the service was fantastic and rooms were well priced. This time prices were double (high season, but still unreasonable compared to others), the power cut one night...

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They helped us organize some tours and transportation and let us rest in the hotel on one of our travel days for free (we showered, used the wifi and hung out in the dining area for a few hours). They also let us store our stuff when we went to...

We where ripped off with a booking for a bus: A few days ago, after having a pleasant stay out your hotel, we have purchased two bus tickets from Hanoi to Hue at the reception of Serenity. We have paid the total amount of $52,- for these tickets. (To much!) We were told that it would be a deluxe and...

I stayed at Hanoi Serenity Hotel with my Husband and 8 year old Son for 4 nights in July 2015. It is a perfectly acceptable hotel for the price. We stayed in room 403 on the 4th floor. There is no lift and the stairs are really steep so bear that in mind if you have mobility concerns. The price...

You and your staff have been fantastic in every way, we can't wait to come back and stay with you again. We will highly recommend you to all our friends - personally we rate you...

As mentioned in the title, it is a budget place, but it's very nice! They have free water and complimentary breakfast. I booked the dorm twice and was upgraded both times to a single room. It is not the cleanest place, and in my first room I didn't have warm water in the shower. Generally I was really happy about...

We booked this place as a cheap overnighter. We flew in late and were going to Ha Long Bay the next morning. Extremely pleased. Rooms are clean, bathroom is good, and you can't beat the price. The staff are lovely. The lady at the counter gave us a map after we checked in and pointed out heaps of points of...
