Compared to other La Siesta hotels, this one was smaller. However, services and facilities were as great as the other ones'. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend it!

So far my best hotel experience in Hanoi Old Quarter. Prime location - literally steps away from Hoan Kiem lake. I loved the interior design a lot, elegant in every inch I’d say. I was checked in few hours before check-in time. All the staff I encountered (receptionist, manager, bellboys, maids, doorman, bartender...) were amazingly amiable and attentive. The sky bar is a must to visit with scenic city probably best place to enjoy a sun-downer. Lots of corner for taking photos and the bar itself is worth being photographed 👏🏻. I didn’t have enough time for La Spa but that would be one of the things I’m coming back to La Siesta for!

This must be the best hotel we've stayed in. We were there at a difficult time when Covid-19 virus had taken a second hold on Hanoi through visitors from Europe BUT we were made to feel so valued and welcomed. It feels that the staff aren't just acting their part because it is their job, they are genuinely lovely people. This covers all area; reception, bar, restaurant, housekeeping always smiling and willing to help. The room itself was extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great with freshly cooked eggs to order and plenty of choice at the buffet. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar. Best wishes to all the staff through these difficult staff . We hope to return to Vietnam and will definitely be checking back in.

One of the best rooftop bars in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Would highly recommend for watching the sunset whilst enjoying a cocktail or mocktail. The staff were very friendly and there is lots of space with comfy sofas if you would prefer.

This is a fairly small hotel. They do not have a Club Floor.

No Club level - the Executive rooms are the nicest, ask for a room level 6 or above; they’re a little quieter and have more natural light. Lovely hotel A++++, enjoy

Yes there is no problems with this arrangement. We only took what we needed for the Halong trip and the hotel were very accommodating in storing our extra bags for us. There were 6 of us in our group and they looked after each one of us.by leaving our bags there while away. A secure and safe area is used for your luggage

Not that I am aware of but the hotel is centrally located. It also has a bar and pool on top floor with great views.
