Great location in the downtown old quarter area. Free breakfast was provided and the rooms were nice. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Would recommend staying here for anyone who is planning on being in the Hanoi area. Reasonably priced rooms.

It is in a great location! Very close to all the little shops and restaurants. They have excellent service! The breakfast is very nice! The room is very cosy and you have an airconditioner as it is very hot in Hanoi.

There isn't a common room however there is a small breakfast room at the back and in reception there is a seating area with computers for internet. It's in the heart of Hanoi though so lots of places around, and the backpackers area is about a 10 min walk. Hope this helps :)
