I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay in Hanoi. Very cozy rooms, clean facilities, and nice decorations make Charming a great deal, but what really sets it apart from other hotels in Hanoi is the level of service the guest receives. The manager, Mr. Duc, and his staff are all very...

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam - we were staying in backpakcer style hotels from south to north (in double rooms) but this was the cleanest, newest, most comfortable by a mile. The rooms are small but there is still plenty of space. The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. They couldn't do...

The hotel is located on a small but very busy alleyway in a great part of Hanoi. Within just 5 minutes, you can walk...

We really enjoyed our stay here, our room was small but immaculate and very comfortable. Despite the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, it was a lovely quiet place to relax and we both slept really well. In addition, we had a computer with internet access in our room, which was an added bonus. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and...

My Fiancee and I stayed at the Hanoi Charming hotel twice in Mid-July 2010. We paid $27 a night for a room which included a decent breakfast, free pick-up at the airport (you need to stay a minimum number of nights for it to be free), a fairly comfortable be, and amazingly a computer in the room with free internet...

After staying at another hotel in Hanoi upon first arriving in Vietnam and being very disappointed, we were determined to find another hotel in the old...
